      <description>Please help me raise money for Easter Seals,  Northern, CA   &lt;br /&gt;I am excited to inform you that I will be participating in the 2011 CENTURY 21 Climb for Kids, From July 2nd through July 11th, I will be joined by a team of climbers to start our journey on the Eldridge Glacier at the foot of Mt. McKinley, with the goal of ascending over 30,000 feet to raise money for Easter Seals.

Our Itinerary for the trip  

July 3rd - We fly on to the Eldridge Glacier and set up Base Camp 

July 4th - We celebrate 4th of July by practicing our snow climbing and mountaineering skills, Ice axe, self-belay and self arrest skills. 

July 5th - We practice making snow bridges  and crevasse rescues (hope we don't need to do it for real) and then make our final plan for our summit attempt. 

July 6th - Our first Attempt  to summit Mt. Eldridge. 

July 7th - Move up the Eldridge glacier to camp 2. 

July 8th - Rest day and practice our ice climbing with and without climbing tools. 

July 9th - Second summit attempt on Mt. Eldridge. 

July 10th -  Third summit attempt on Mt. Eldridge 

July 11th - Pack up camp and wait for the plane to pick us up  

July 12th - Should be back home with the family
